The Cleaning Wizard Australia Pty Ltd Quality Management System encompasses the activities involved in:

“Management of commercial cleaning programs for supermarket, retail, office, carparks, factories, schools, hospitality (Non-food contact areas) and government organizations”

The Cleaning Wizard Australia Pty Ltd fully committed to ensuring that its Business Management System is integrated into its operations and has the following characteristics.

  • Alignment and certification to ISO 9001:2015.
  • An annual review of the policy, objectives and elements of the system.
  • Promote understanding clients’, together with a culture of exceeding client expectations.
  • Monitoring our performance through metrics to continually improve our processes and services.
  • General Manager will be the management representative and will be responsible for establishing and maintaining processes, ensuring customer requirements and advising top management on system performance.

The Business Management System will be communicated to all employees and interested parties.

Quality Objectives

Cleaning Wizard Australia Pty Ltd has established business objectives through an annual planning and review process. Within these business objectives, we have set our objectives for quality:

  • Obtain and retain ISO 9001:2015 certification.
  • 80% of clients rate our cleaning good or better.
  • 90% clients rate our customer service good or better.
  • 90% of clients agree that they will recommend us to others.
